Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and construction sectors
  • Promote and sell form work systems, concrete machinery, dry-mix products, and admixtures
  • Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements and project specifications
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial quotations
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records



Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
  • Relationship management and client handling skills
  • Commercial acumen with cost estimation and pricing knowledge

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)

Experience:


2–8 years of experience in techno-commercial sales. Experience in formwork systems, construction chemicals, concrete equipment, or related products preferred.
