We are seeking a Remote Business Development Officer to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert prospects into long-term clients using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and Odoo CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
  • Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the founder
  • Manage and update lead pipeline in Odoo CRM daily
  • Execute follow-up sequences across WhatsApp and email
  • Research target industries and build prospect lists
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to handover

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently from home
  • Odoo CRM proficiency [Optional]

Nice to have

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA)
  • LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience
  • WhatsApp Business communication skills
  • Ability to qualify leads based on ICP criteria
  • Odoo CRM or any CRM tool experience
  • Upselling and relationship-building skills
