We are seeking a Remote Business Development Officer to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert prospects into long-term clients using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and Odoo CRM.

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Officer to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert prospects into long-term clients using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and Odoo CRM.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the founder
- Manage and update lead pipeline in Odoo CRM daily
- Execute follow-up sequences across WhatsApp and email
- Research target industries and build prospect lists
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to handover
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Self-driven with ability to work independently from home
- Odoo CRM proficiency [Optional]
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA)
- LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience
- WhatsApp Business communication skills
- Ability to qualify leads based on ICP criteria
- Odoo CRM or any CRM tool experience
- Upselling and relationship-building skills
- Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture
