Alchemy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid campaigns, client strategy, reporting, and internal coordination.
We work with brands across healthcare, education, retail, B2B, SaaS, real estate, industrial, and service-based businesses. Our work includes paid ads, SEO, social media, websites, landing pages, analytics, CRM flows, automation, creative strategy, and AI-led marketing systems.
So this role is not just about running ads.
We need someone who can understand a client’s business, identify growth opportunities, plan the right campaign approach, manage performance, communicate clearly with clients, and coordinate with the team to make sure execution leads to results.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build campaign strategies based on client goals, audience, budget, offer, funnel stage, and expected business outcome
- Analyse campaign performance across CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate, website behaviour, and ROI
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, web, and CRM teams to make sure campaigns are supported by the right messaging, landing pages, tracking, and follow-up systems
- Conduct campaign audits and identify what needs improvement across targeting, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and conversion flow
- Prepare clear performance reports that clients can understand and act on
- Handle client communication, reporting calls, campaign reviews, and strategy discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with the campaign objective
- Track performance regularly and make practical optimisation decisions
- Help improve internal processes for campaign planning, reporting, optimisation, and client success
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute platform-level tasks
- Confidence in client conversations and reporting calls
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to understand different industries and identify the right marketing approach for each client
- Good judgement in ad creatives, copy, offers, audience targeting, and landing page flow
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns without losing clarity
- Strong communication, ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from office
