Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for successful event delivery.
  • Ensure smooth execution of virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and post-event feedback sessions.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Event Tech solutions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to resolve client queries.
  • Prepare project timelines, status reports, and account health reports.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and deliver an exceptional client experience.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
