Program Manager – Retail Growth (Founder's Office)

About the Role

Robokidz runs the Young Engineers' Academy (YEA!) — a fast-growing EdTech business spanning online course sales and a national network of physical learning centres where children learn robotics, STEM, AI, and coding through hands-on building. We're looking for an execution-focused operator to build systems, drive revenue operations, and set up scalable SOPs across both digital and offline channels.


This is not a strategy-only role. It's a hands-on, build-from-scratch execution role with strong exposure to leadership and a clear path into strategic ownership. AI fluency is a core expectation, not a bonus — we want someone who uses AI tools daily to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.


Reports to: Head of Retail


What You'll Do

Physical Centres — Revenue & SOPs

  • Build and implement SOPs for centre operations (admissions, counselling, reporting, fee collection, CRM)
  • Standardize daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting
  • Drive centre-level revenue KPIs (enrolments, conversion %, retention, upsell)
  • Coordinate with centre managers on process compliance; run audits to find revenue leakages
  • Build playbooks for new centre launches


Online Courses — Operations & Growth

  • Manage the course sales funnel (landing page → lead → counselling → conversion)
  • Track campaign ROI with the marketing team; build CAC, conversion, and LTV dashboards
  • Coordinate platform setup (LMS, payment gateways, CRM flows)
  • Improve the customer journey, automation workflows, and upsell/cross-sell


AI-Driven Operations

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or equivalent) daily across reporting, analysis, and process design
  • Build or recommend AI automations for repetitive tasks — lead follow-ups, report generation, SOP drafting, comms templates
  • Use AI for competitive research and benchmarking; present structured plans for where AI can cut manual effort


Data & Process Building

  • Create structured MIS dashboards, analyse revenue trends, and document processes for scale


What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • An adopted SOP set live across centres, with compliance tracked
  • A single source-of-truth MIS dashboard for online + offline KPIs
  • At least two AI automations deployed that measurably save time
  • A repeatable new-centre launch playbook


Who Should Apply

  • 2–5 years in EdTech / Retail Ops / E-commerce Ops / Founder's Office / Growth Ops
  • Hands-on with Lead Management Systems (Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, or similar)
  • Strong in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Actively uses AI tools and can demonstrate practical use cases from past work — not just awareness
  • Comfortable with data and on-ground execution (role involves travel to centres)
  • Structured thinker, high ownership, thrives in a fast-moving early-stage setup
