Job Description – Relationship Officer (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Title: Relationship Officer

Experience: Fresher / 0–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell banking/financial products such as Loans, CASA, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Generate leads through field work, tele-calling, and referrals.
• Assist customers with documentation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in field & sales roles.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

For Freshers:
