Product Officer - Cash Management

As a Product Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement and management of the Cash Management Segment range of products and services to address the requirements of the Bank's corporate and institutional client base. You will also be responsible for the generation of product ideas for existing or new products, conducting market research, gathering business intelligence, coordinating product rollouts and initiating commercialization activities to increase the Bank's market share through product penetration and utilization. You will manage product profitability, costing, margin and pricing mechanics as well as track and benchmark service quality and drive internal processes to ensure smooth product delivery.

Job Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years relevant experience in cash management particularly in product development and management
• With applied familiarity of the Product Life Cycle; ability to execute related activities from conceptualization to launch and management
• Willing to travel to Metro Manila and provincial branches as necessary to facilitate roadshows, product rollouts, training and briefings and other related cash management product development and management activities
