Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar. This position is responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships across TetraMedex’s target industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, overseeing the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts in alignment with organizational policies. The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, training, and regulatory consultants, to design tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing regular sales reports, mentoring local sales staff, and ensuring that regional operations support the company’s standards for compliance and service excellence.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
- Client relationship management and account management capabilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of HR consulting, regulatory services, or Life Sciences sectors (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze regional market trends, develop sales strategies, and prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating regional teams, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Hisar, with willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic sales reporting software.
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold data confidentiality.
