Role Description The Field Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving travel package sales and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new customers, meeting with clients, presenting travel solutions, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role involves regularly visiting local businesses and individual customers, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The Field Sales Manager will coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure accurate booking, timely communication, and high levels of client satisfaction. This role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong field sales, business development, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of the travel and tourism sector, including popular destinations, package structuring, and customer preferences.
- Ability to plan daily routes, manage time effectively, and work independently while being accountable for on-site performance.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones, CRM tools, or sales tracking software to manage leads and customer data.
- Comfortable working in the field in and around Surat, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related service industries.
- Minimum educational background at the higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or tourism is an advantage.
- Fluency in local languages and English or Hindi to interact effectively with diverse clients.
