Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (IT Sales) role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct sales calls and meetings, present IT service offerings, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also requires monitoring market trends, contributing input to sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and activity targets.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a focus on IT sales and services.
  • Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to nurture and grow client engagements.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
  • Relevant experience in IT sales, consulting, or staffing services, preferably in a business development or client-facing role.
  • Ability to work with sales targets, analyze market opportunities, and use CRM or sales management tools efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a professional and inclusive approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida.
