Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Pune. The role involves understanding client needs, conducting consultations, converting leads into long-term clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Candidates with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in sales may also be considered for the sales team lead position, where they will mentor team members, drive team performance, and contribute to sales strategy and execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness and wellness goals
  • Present WILDFIT’s programs and services effectively to potential customers
  • Drive lead conversion through consultative and relationship-based selling
  • Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-ups
  • Participate in promotional activities, wellness events, and community outreach programs

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or guidance
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling and referrals

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Track daily sales activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities


Additional Responsibilities (For Sales Team Lead)

Candidates selected for the Sales Team Lead role will also be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitoring sales performance, conducting regular coaching sessions, and supporting skill development.
  • Working closely with management to improve sales strategies, optimise conversion rates, and drive overall business growth.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, or service industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships and inspire trust.
  • Self-motivated, target-orientated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.


Preferred for Sales Team Lead

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to coach team members and drive a high-performance sales culture.
