Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving business growth and client acquisition for Real Jobs Consulting Services. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal consulting and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day activities include monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, mentoring sales team members, and ensuring sales targets and revenue objectives are consistently met.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in regional sales management, business development, and key account management.
  • Experience in client relationship management, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven capability in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services industry is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking leads and creating sales materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience in a target-driven environment, and readiness to travel within the region as needed.
