We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth for our 3D metrology and digital manufacturing solutions in the Pune region.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CAD software, 3D scanning, metrology, or industrial measurement equipment sales and be experienced in managing high-value B2B capital equipment sales. This role requires a proactive professional who can build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales of 3D metrology solutions, including handheld 3D scanners and related engineering solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Tooling, Plastics, Heavy Engineering, and Industrial Automation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations in collaboration with the application engineering team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Production Managers, Quality Managers, Design Engineers, and other key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Coordinate with internal technical, service, and support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Represent Precise3DM at exhibitions, industrial events, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
- Follow company processes, reporting standards, and ethical business practices.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales of CAD software, metrology equipment, measurement solutions, industrial automation, or 3D scanning technologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial engineering processes.
- Proven success in high-value B2B capital equipment (CapEx) sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience in conducting technical product demonstrations is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
