What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects
  • Run consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes
  • Understand customer pain points around growth & lead generation, and translate our platform's capabilities into business value
  • Navigate deals with multiple stakeholders including marketing leaders, sales heads, business owners and founders
  • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets in a high-growth environment


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS and 1+ years of experience selling to North America
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong discovery skills - you know how to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities effectively
  • Comfortable with consultative, value-based selling rather than transactional approaches
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid-market B2B companies (manufacturing, distribution, or services a plus)
  • Experience closing deals on low-intent, outbound deals
  • Self-starter mentality you're comfortable building process and refining your approach in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical buyers


You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 2-8 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or digital services
  • Proven track record hitting/exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment
  • SMB sales chops - you know how to build urgency, handle objections, and close without lengthy procurement cycles
  • Consultative selling skills - you diagnose before prescribing and can articulate ROI clearly
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you’re joining an early-stage startup where adaptability matters
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and strong process discipline
  • Excellent English communication skills for engaging with global prospects
  • Want to hustle like crazy to hit the numbers!
