Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive – Seller Acquisition, you will identify, engage, and qualify businesses that can become successful sellers on the AdxReel platform. You will be the first point of contact between AdxReel and prospective sellers, building a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, understanding seller requirements, and scheduling product demonstrations for the Product Specialist team.

This role plays a critical part in expanding AdxReel's seller ecosystem, driving marketplace growth, and contributing directly to business revenue.

Work Mode

This position follows a two-phase employment model:

Phase 1 – Work From Home (Probation)
  • Duration: First 3 months
  • Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
  • During the probation period, employees will receive product training, sales process training, CRM onboarding, and performance coaching while working remotely.
  • Employees must have a professional home-office setup, a reliable internet connection, and be available during official working hours.
Phase 2 – Full-Time On-Site Employment
  • Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation of employment, the role transitions to full-time on-site employment.
  • Office Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Employees are expected to relocate (if applicable) and work from the AdxReel office as per company policy.

Note: Confirmation of employment and transition to the on-site role are subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period and business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSeller Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify potential sellers across multiple product categories.
  • Research businesses using LinkedIn, Google, online marketplaces, business directories, and social media.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a high-quality seller database.
  • Generate qualified seller opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Outbound Sales & Seller Outreach
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective sellers.
  • Execute email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Build relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Present AdxReel's platform, seller benefits, and value proposition effectively.
Seller Qualification
  • Understand seller business models, product categories, and business objectives.
  • Qualify sellers based on predefined onboarding criteria.
  • Handle first-level objections professionally and confidently.
  • Identify sellers with high growth and revenue potential.
Demo Scheduling & Handover
  • Schedule product demonstrations with the Product Specialist team.
  • Ensure all seller information and qualification notes are accurately captured before handover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to onboarding.
CRM & Performance Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Record all seller interactions, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
  • Monitor outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Meet individual and team lead generation targets.
