Job Role: Regional Sales Engineer/Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Engineer/Manager with a background in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering to drive sales of our programmable AC / DC power supply and electronic AC/DC load products in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in market segment-wise, like renewable energy, Green energy, Electrical vehicle and e-mobility, Aerospace and defence, R&D, certification, and Manufacturing sectors and others
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and distributors
• Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support repeat business growth
• Collaborate with application engineers to understand and address customer requirements
• Attend trade exhibitions and technical seminars as required

Req:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in the same field in sales, field applications or Field service engineer
• Knowledge of programmable power supplies, test & measurement equipment preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across South India as required
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
