Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad.

• The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving growth targets.
• Responsibilities include managing a team of real estate professionals, developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, conducting client meetings, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
• The role also involves maintaining compliance with real estate regulations and standards.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional Customer Service
• Effective leader with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Ahmedabad real estate market is an added advantage
