Role Description The Area Sales Manager – New Car Finance will be responsible for driving business growth for new car loans in the Vijayawada region in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves managing dealer relationships, sourcing new car loan customers, and overseeing the sales funnel from lead generation to disbursement. Daily activities include coordinating with dealership staff, conducting market visits, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Area Sales Manager will analyze local market trends, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide regular performance reports. The role also includes mentoring and supporting the frontline sales team to meet volume, productivity, and profitability goals.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving targets, building pipelines, and managing key accounts.
  • Candidates should possess relationship management and negotiation skills to work effectively with car dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess financial services knowledge, preferably in auto loans or retail lending, and the ability to understand credit processes and risk parameters.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and implement regional sales strategies.
  • Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Relevant experience in new car finance, automotive sales, or NBFC/banking environments is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, travel within the assigned area, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
