🛠️ What you’ll do

At SonoSuite, our Quality Control Specialist review and validate the content uploaded by users to ensure it meets all platform and DSP requirements before distribution, including audio specifications, metadata accuracy, artwork quality, legal compliance, and more.

Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure compliance with the quality standards of the content (assets, metadata) distributed through our platform.
• Monitor ineligible content and contact clients to apply the corresponding corrections.
• Provide general quality control-related support to clients distributing their music through SonoSuite.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Attention to detail and logical thinking.
• You are precise, meticulous and patient in your work.
• Organization and ability to work according to priorities.
• Great predisposition for written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of the music industry and copyright and anti-fraud workflows.
• A collaborative approach and strong communication skills in English
• Experience working in remote, international, and async-first environments.
• Have experience in B2B music distribution.
