Brand Manager – Design & Creative Operations

Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and organized Brand Manager to lead our India Design & IT team while remaining actively involved in the creative process. This is not a purely managerial position we are looking for someone who is also an experienced 2D Graphic Designer capable of producing high-quality creative work and setting the standard for the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the visual identity of over 70+ international conference and exhibition brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, websites, digital campaigns, and event collateral.
- Own and maintain the visual identity of all company and event brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Review and approve all creative output before delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements in the quality of creative work.
- Lead and manage the India Design & IT team.
- Allocate daily tasks and manage team workload.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct quality control and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and help develop their skills.
- Coordinate closely with the Dubai office on priorities and project timelines.
- Design high-quality marketing creatives for international conferences and exhibitions.
- Create social media graphics, LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertisements, brochures, event prospectuses, banners, email graphics, presentations, infographics, and branding assets.
- Produce creative concepts for event launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support website visual design where required.
- Improve internal design workflows and processes.
- Ensure all projects follow company branding and quality standards.
- Manage design templates and creative asset libraries.
- Work with marketing, web, video, and social media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Assist in planning creative requirements for upcoming events.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Brand Management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and corporate design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience leading creative teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working within conferences, exhibitions, events, or B2B marketing.
- Basic understanding of website design and UI principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with international brands.
