Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Surat. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, exporters, and industrial clients, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, planning sales and marketing activities, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored packaging solutions that align with client needs and logistics requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and high-quality service, as well as tracking sales performance and preparing periodic reports. The Sales Marketing Executive will participate in customer visits, industry events, and networking activities to build brand visibility and support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and analyze competitors.
  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B environments.
  • Understanding of industrial packaging, supply chain, or logistics domains is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and follow-up management.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
