Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting both Demand Generation and Sales. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our in-house CRM and marketing automation (Marketo) team, maintaining the data quality in Salesforce, and ensuring leads are accurately routed and tracked. The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing and sales teams execute high-impact campaigns and generate a qualified pipeline. This is a growth opportunity for someone looking to become a true team leader while gaining hands-on experience in a global B2B environment. A strong focus of the role will be identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and scale current database management processes and tasks. Experience managing a team is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Salesforce CRM operations, ensuring high data quality, accurate lead routing, campaign attribution, and strong governance across leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), including campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Drive campaign execution and performance tracking, ensuring accurate campaign setup, attribution, and continuous improvement based on ROI and conversion metrics.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales alignment.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality: deduplication, data standardization and appending contact and firmographic details.
- Conduct secondary research to enrich database records with verified information.
- Run basic Salesforce reports to support marketing campaign tracking, sales alignment, and list building.
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to segment audiences and support email and digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify and implement automation solutions for database management and marketing operations processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team by driving performance, accountability, and continuous skill development, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Optimize team productivity through effective workload planning, prioritization, and standardization of processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail, enforcing quality control mechanisms, process adherence, and regular reviews to minimize errors.
- Drive timely execution of campaigns, reporting, and operational deliverables, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce, lead generation, and marketing automation, with at least 2–3 years in a team management role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years) : lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes desired.
Additional Expectations:
- Serve as a first-level QA for marketing campaigns and database tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders in marketing and sales.
- Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions.
