About the Role

Madhava Global is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Investment Advisor – UAE Sales to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to guide clients in making profitable property investment decisions in the UAE real estate market.

The role involves advising clients on international property investments, building investor relationships, and facilitating transactions with leading UAE developers.


Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties from leading UAE developers.
  • Identify and engage potential investors across India interested in overseas real estate investment.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of investing in UAE real estate including rental yields, capital appreciation, and residency options.
  • Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, and property consultations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal team for inventory updates, pricing, and booking procedures.
  • Assist investors with documentation, booking process, and transaction support.
  • Participate in investor events, seminars, and property showcases.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and investors.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, international property sales, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate market (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with HNI investors or international clients is an advantage.
