Role Description
The Property Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations and supporting smooth transaction execution. This role includes coordinating property visits, managing listings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders. The Property Operations Executive will work closely with consultants to support documentation, assist with basic due diligence, and help streamline processes from initial inquiry to closure. Daily responsibilities also involve liaising with property owners, brokers, and internal teams, monitoring operational efficiencies, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality client experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a service-oriented approach aligned with Emperio Groups’ commitment to transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, including task tracking, schedule management, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of real estate operations, documentation, and local property markets within Noida.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, a client-focused mindset, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, or consulting is preferred
- Ability to commute to and work on-site in Noida, with flexibility for property visits across Noida, Greater Noida, and nearby areas.
