💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🏗️ Property & Facilities Management
  • Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility operations
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness across properties
  • Manage maintenance schedules, requests, and emergency issues
  • Monitor facility conditions, costs, and operational performance
⚙️ Operations Coordination
  • Support and streamline daily operational workflows
