🎯 ROLE OVERVIEWAs part of the operations and leadership support team, you will help ensure that facilities, workflows, and executive coordination run smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard every day. ⚡📈
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🏗️ Property & Facilities Management- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility operations
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness across properties
- Manage maintenance schedules, requests, and emergency issues
- Monitor facility conditions, costs, and operational performance
- Support and streamline daily operational workflows
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and internal processes across teams
- Track operational KPIs, reports, and administrative activities
- Identify opportunities for workflow and efficiency improvements
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and stakeholders
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and executive arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support leadership with administrative and coordination tasks
- Work closely with leadership, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Maintain clear communication across operations and business functions
- Support operational projects, planning, and execution initiatives
- Act as a coordination bridge between teams and management
- Strong experience in operations, facilities, or administrative coordination 🏢

- Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline

- Experience in operations, property maintenance, executive support, or coordination roles preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
