Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves guiding prospective clients through property options, conducting site visits, and providing clear, accurate information on project features, pricing, and legal aspects. The Property Consultant will handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain relationships with clients to support successful sales and long-term engagement. Daily responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and documentation, and staying updated on market trends and competitive offerings. The role also requires maintaining detailed records in CRM or similar tools and representing HiLITE Properties professionally at all client touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and support a positive client experience.
  • Proven Sales abilities to convert leads, negotiate terms, and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi, including weekends or extended hours when required.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems for managing client data and sales reports.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or consulting is preferred; a relevant degree or certification in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
