Role Overview

We're looking for confident, motivated Property Consultants to join our Hyderabad team.

This is a frontline, revenue-generating role where you'll be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and helping customers make informed investment decisions in both Hyderabad and Dubai real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and client interactions.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property investment opportunities.

• Negotiate deals and successfully close property sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, documentation, and transaction management.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in residential or commercial property sales.

• Experience in the Hyderabad real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a performance-driven team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior real estate industry experience is an advantage.
