Advisor – Home Buying

We are a fast-growing startup, backed at the pre-seed stage by Godrej Properties and Vakil Estates, with a strong presence in Bangalore and Mumbai. Over the past few years, we’ve built a reputation for trust, transparency, and data-driven real estate advisory.

This is not a typical sales or design role.

As a Design & Advisory Analyst, you will work directly with homebuyers as their trusted advisor—helping them navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

You will combine:

• Design understanding (for architects)
• Business & customer thinking (for BBA/MBA grads)
• Data-backed insights (from our research team)

You will own the entire customer journey—from first interaction to final purchase and beyond.

• Be the single point of contact for homebuyers
• Build strong, trust-based relationships
• Guide clients from discovery to purchase and post-sales

• Help clients understand different projects, layouts, and trade-offs
• Explain floor plans, master plans, and unit-level insights
• Use Propsoch’s research reports to give clear, unbiased advice
• Help clients compare options and make confident decisions

• Conduct calls and webinars on projects and locations
• Keep clients updated with new opportunities
• Personalize recommendations based on evolving needs

• Help clients plan and prepare for site visits
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct post-visit discussions to drive clarity

• Assist clients in final decision-making
• Handle objections with a consultative approach
• Support through booking and post-sales experience

Education:

• BBA / MBA graduates
• B.Arch / Architecture fresh graduates
• Any graduate with strong communication and interest in real estate
