Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Product Support Executive who will ensure seamless coordination across promotions, pricing accuracy, and inventory tracking. This role will play a critical part in driving sales performance by ensuring the right pricing, offers, and stock availability across stores and/or online platforms.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, tracking numbers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence on the retail floor.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate configuration of offers, discounts, bundles, and schemes in the system.
Track live promotions and flag discrepancies in pricing or execution.
Maintain a calendar of ongoing and upcoming promotions.
Monitor performance of promotions and share weekly reports.
Update MRP, selling price, and promotional price as per approvals.
Conduct periodic price audits in stores.
Coordinate with brands/vendors for pricing updates and approvals.
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and margin guidelines.
Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory.
Support in stock replenishment planning.
Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for stock discrepancies.
Ensure timely update of inward and outward stock movement in the system.
Assist in stock audits and reconciliation processes.
Track category-wise sell-through and stock cover.
Identify gaps impacting sales due to stock-outs or pricing errors.
Support data analysis for markdown and liquidation planning.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Understanding of retail operations and merchandising basics.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Retail, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, category support, or inventory management.
Experience in multi-brand retail or omnichannel environment is a plus.
