Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The individual will drive the sales process, acquire and retain students, and strengthen the organization’s brand presence. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with stakeholders to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify target audiences and create impactful strategies.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and negotiate effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with an ability to achieve targets and build customer relationships.
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to address challenges constructively.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education industry or test-preparation domain is an advantage.
