Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Borivali. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through lead generation, conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include assisting in business strategy development, creating proposals, presenting pitches, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate market conditions and formulate business strategies.
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and engage potential clients effectively.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Customer Service skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other business development tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
