E-commerce Executive – Quick Commerce & Marketplace

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning & Coordination
  
  

> Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels across Mother Warehouse, 3PL facilities, and Marketplace FCs.

> Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs.

> Monitor ageing inventory, slow-moving stock, and notify the team for liquidation/discount planning.

> Forecast weekly & monthly inventory requirements based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.

> Ensure accuracy of inventory in Uniware/OMS vs Marketplace portals.

• Marketplace Operations & Coordination
  
  

> Act as the single point of contact for marketplace category/account managers.

Coordinate Issues Related To

Order cancellations

Order delays

Returns/RTO/Non-delivery

ASN/GRN discrepancies

> Ensure daily resolution of marketplace operational tickets.

> Track and manage weekly vendor returns (FBA/FBF etc.).

• 3PL Partner Management
  
  

> Coordinate daily with 3PL partners for:

Order processing timelines

Dispatch accuracy & TAT

Inventory reconciliation

Stock audits & cycle counts

> Raise operational issues and track resolution with the 3PL teams.

> Monitor SLAs – especially dispatch cut-off adherence and delayed orders.

• Listing Hygiene & Content Maintenance
  
  

Regularly Check Marketplace Listings For

Missing images

Incorrect titles/descriptions

Wrong bullet points

Pricing errors

Keyword relevance

Monitor Buy Box % and pricing parity across channels.

Coordinate with content/graphics team to improve listing quality.

• Order Tracking & Issue Resolution
  
  

Track daily orders and coordinate with warehouse team for smooth fulfilment.

Resolve Discrepancy Cases Such As

“Delivered but not received”

“Wrong item received”

“Incorrect listing fulfilment”

Maintain tracker for errors and work with ops team to reduce repeat issues.

• Reporting & Data Analysis
  
  

Prepare Daily/weekly MIS Reports

Inventory status report

Sales & dispatch summary

Marketplace penalty tracker

Returns & RTO analysis

Maintain SKU-level stock ageing, fast/slow mover dashboards.

Support promotions planning and event readiness (BBD, Prime Day, FK BBD).
