Tele Marketing Executive

• Contact potential and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls to inform them about the company’s products and services (rainwater harvesting systems, water conservation solutions, consultancy services).
• Generate and qualify sales leads, gather customer information, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the field or sales team.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions clearly to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and route complex questions to appropriate team members.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and product interests.
• Support marketing campaigns by conducting customer surveys and market research inputs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹9,361.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
