Physician Recruiter / Sr. US Healthcare Recruiter

📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Physicians across various specialties.
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) for US-based clients.
• Conduct candidate interviews, credential screening, and reference checks.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Verify physician licenses, board certifications, and other required credentials.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Physician candidates.
• Stay up to date with US healthcare recruitment trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), including at least 2 years of experience in US Physician Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) across multiple specialties.
• Strong understanding of physician credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, PracticeLink, DocCafe, Health eCareers, LinkedIn, Facebook, and ATS platforms.
• Good understanding of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and physician compensation models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
