Role Description

  • Full-time, on-site role.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and brand websites.
  • Drive sales and customer acquisition for luxury fashion and lifestyle products.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns daily.
  • Monitor key performance metrics.
  • Conduct A/B tests and refine targeting and creatives for a US-focused audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and product launches.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Handle budget management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Stay current with platform policies and performance marketing best practices.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, share insights, and present performance reports.
  • Proficiency in market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and platform trends.
  • Experience in sales-focused performance marketing with a track record of driving conversions and revenue.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy tailored to luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.
  • Customer service orientation to ensure campaigns support a high-quality customer journey and brand reputation.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (mandatory).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong skills in analyzing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working on-site in Mohali district and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with international e-commerce markets, especially the US, is highly desirable.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
