Job Title: Senior Amazon Ads Manager
Location: Remote (Gurugram)

Type: Full-Time (Contracted via Pare)
About the Role
Pare is hiring experienced Amazon Ads specialists to join our vetted talent network supporting leading eCommerce brands and agencies across the US, UK, EU, and Canada.
We work with companies that are serious about Amazon growth and need operators who can independently manage, optimise, and scale advertising accounts without constant oversight.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Amazon PPC beyond surface-level optimisation and can think strategically about growth, profitability, ranking, account structure, and scaling.
Once vetted, candidates are matched with long-term client opportunities based on experience, category fit, timezone overlap, and technical capability.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Amazon PPC Management
- Build, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Structure campaigns based on search intent, product lifecycle, ranking goals, and profitability targets
- Manage bid optimisation, budget allocation, placement modifiers, and search-term harvesting
- Execute keyword expansion, negative keyword strategies, and campaign restructuring initiatives
- Launch and scale new ASINs using both discovery and ranking-focused approaches
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and Top-of-Search performance
Strategy & Performance Analysis
- Conduct account audits and identify growth bottlenecks, wasted spend, and scaling opportunities
- Analyse Search Query Performance reports, Brand Analytics, placement data, and conversion trends
- Make data-driven decisions around efficiency vs growth based on business objectives
- Identify opportunities for catalogue expansion, ranking improvements, and market-share growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, brand managers, and agency stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative and catalog teams to improve listing performance and conversion rates
- Support inventory-aware advertising decisions during low-stock or seasonal periods
- Communicate recommendations clearly through reports, Loom videos, Slack, and client calls.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience
- Strong expertise across SP, SB, and SD campaign management
- Experience independently managing Amazon accounts end-to-end
- Strong understanding of:
- TACoS vs ACoS
- ranking strategies
- search-term analysis
- placement optimisation
- keyword harvesting
- profitability-focused scaling
- Comfortable using:
- Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console
- Bulk sheets
- Brand Analytics
- Search Query Performance reports
- Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
- Stable internet connection with good-quality webcam and microphone
Nice to Have
- DSP and AMC experience
- Vendor Central experience
- Multi-marketplace exposure (US, UK, EU, CA, etc.)
- Experience with Pacvue, Perpetua, Scale Insights, or similar tools
- Background working with agencies or high-growth consumer brands
