Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce Marketplaces
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 8–10 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with experience in managing advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, product listing management, catalog optimization, campaign reporting, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns (preferred).
- Create and optimize Flipkart Ads campaigns to improve visibility, sales, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize conversions and profitability.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales Growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze product and campaign performance and recommend growth opportunities.
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to management.
E-commerce Operations & Catalog Management
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords are optimized for visibility and conversions.
- Manage catalog health and resolve listing-related issues.
- Coordinate product launches and listing updates.
Inventory & Marketplace Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels in FBA/FBF etc. and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Support inventory planning based on current sales DRR, advertising and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with marketplace account managers and support teams to resolve operational issues.
Marketplace Growth & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities for increasing product rankings and sales.
- Support promotional campaigns, marketplace deals, and seasonal sales events.
- Stay updated with marketplace advertising trends, policies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Advertising, or E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing marketplace listings and catalog optimization.
- Knowledge of advertising metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketplaces such as FirstCry, Nykaa, Meesho, JioMart, and Myntra.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA and marketplace inventory management.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, SellerApp, or similar analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or Vinculum.
