Key Account Manager – Amazon (Marketplace & Growth)

📍 Location

Bangalore

🧭 Role Purpose

Own and scale the Amazon business end-to-end. The role is accountable for GMV growth, profitability, visibility, and operational excellence on Amazon India.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Business & P&L Ownership

  • Own GMV, CM2, margins, inventory turns, and growth targets
  • Build annual and monthly business plans for Amazon
  • Drive scale without dependency on deep discounting

2. Account Management & Growth

  • Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central operations
  • Handle catalog health, buy box, suppression issues, price parity
  • Coordinate with Amazon category managers during events (GOSF, EOSS, Prime Day)

3. Performance Marketing & Visibility

  • Plan and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
  • Improve organic rank via keyword, content, and conversion levers
  • Track ROAS, TACoS, ACoS, and contribution margins

4. Selection, Content & Conversion

  • Drive new selection launches and size/variant expansion
  • Improve content: titles, bullets, A+, images, brand store
  • Improve CVR via pricing, reviews, ratings, and FAQs

5. Supply Chain & Inventory Planning

  • Forecast demand and manage sell-in / sell-out alignment
  • Reduce OOS, aged inventory, and liquidation dependency
  • Work closely with planning, sourcing, and finance teams

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years experience managing Amazon India (brand or aggregator side)
  • Strong grip on Seller Central / Vendor Central
  • Hands-on with Amazon Ads & reporting
  • Commercial mindset with analytical depth
  • Experience in fashion / apparel preferred


💰 Compensation (Indicative – India)

  • ₹6–9 LPA (fixed + performance variable)
  • Faster growth for candidates with proven Amazon scale experience
