Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Recruitment Specialist, based in Ponnani. The Recruitment Specialist will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for international clients, ensuring the selection of highly skilled and qualified candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring that candidates meet both client and industry standards. The role also involves providing guidance to candidates regarding industry-specific demands and facilitating training sessions when required.
Qualifications
- Recruiting and hiring expertise, with the ability to identify and attract top-tier international talent
- Strong interviewing and communication skills to assess and align candidates with client needs
- Proven experience in training and mentoring candidates for diverse industries
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently
- Knowledge of global recruitment practices and familiarity with sector-specific requirements (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, construction)
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in overseas recruitment is a plus
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
