Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Associate with proven experience in IT/software sales, capable of driving end-to-end sales cycles and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.


This role is ideal for professionals who have experience working with US and European markets and can independently generate, nurture, and close deals within short sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

Own the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and outreach to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closure.


Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold email campaigns and cold calling
  • Platforms such as Upwork and other outbound channels
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and trackable sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Engage with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and closure targets


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT / software sales
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals.


Strong expertise in:

  • LinkedIn outreach and social selling
  • Cold emailing and outbound calling strategies
  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
  • Proven experience working with clients in USA and European markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment


This role may not be suitable if

  • You rely primarily on inbound or marketing-generated leads
  • Your experience is limited to lead qualification without closing responsibilities
  • You are not comfortable with outbound sales and direct client engagement
