Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (US-based) | Quarterly travel to client’s NYC office
Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 base + $10,000–$15,000 variable (OTE $55,000–$60,000)

Why This Role Is Different
Sales Clover is an outsourced sales development and revenue execution partner for B2B technology companies. We have a 100+ person team spanning the US and Europe, running pipeline-generation programs for clients in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, fraud prevention, AI, supply chain, and logistics.
We’re now expanding into the US market with our first US-based SDR hires — and this is one of the founding roles. You won’t be SDR #47 on a giant floor. You’ll be helping us build the playbook for how US outbound works inside our model, with direct visibility to leadership and a real path to grow as we scale this program.
You’ll be embedded with a global enterprise client in the eCommerce and logistics space, running strategic, highly personalized outbound into their target market. This is not a high-volume dialer role — it’s about deep account research, creative multi-channel engagement, and quality conversations with senior decision-makers. You’ll work alongside a geographically distributed team and travel to your client’s NYC office once per quarter.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Research target accounts deeply — understand their business, recent news, strategic priorities, and pain points before any outreach
- Craft highly personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video to engage senior decision-makers
- Build and iterate on creative prospecting plays — you’ll be expected to think beyond templates and develop approaches tailored to each account
- Manage and optimize sequences in tools like Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
- Work with AI-native sales tools — we’re actively investing in AI across our outbound workflows, and you’ll be part of shaping how we use them
- Track activity and pipeline metrics daily; own your numbers with a focus on quality of meetings, not just volume
- Collaborate with your Sales Clover manager and the client’s sales leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and targeting based on what’s working
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions focused on your development as a strategic outbound seller
Who This Is For
- 0–1 years of B2B sales or outbound experience — internships, SDR roles, door-to-door, fundraising, or similar all count
- You’re a creative thinker who gets energized by figuring out how to get a hard-to-reach prospect to respond — not by blasting the same email to 500 people
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a cold email that feels like it was written for one person, because it was
- Naturally curious and research-oriented — you enjoy digging into a company’s 10-K, reading their blog, and finding the angle that makes your outreach relevant
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while staying accountable to weekly targets
- Excited about sales tech and AI tools — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should want to learn fast
- Based in the US with reliable availability during US business hours (EST or MST preferred)
Bonus points:
- Experience with any CRM or sales engagement platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or intent data tools
- Based in Utah, Florida, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, or Tennessee (not required)
