Business Development Executive

🏠 We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (Home Interiors)— The Kadiwa Studio, Pune

At The Kadiwa Studio, we craft luxury residential interiors — from modular kitchens to full home transformations. As we grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us connect with the right clients and expand our reach across Pune.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new client leads through referrals, networking, site visits, and digital channels
• Handle initial client conversations, understand project requirements, and schedule design consultations
• Follow up on leads systematically and maintain an updated client pipeline
• Collaborate closely with the design team to align client expectations with studio capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (interior design / real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Confident personality with a consultative, non-pushy sales approach
• Familiarity with Pune's residential real estate and premium housing landscape is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
