Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Complete Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Supporting PST Hours)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for the US staffing industry, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across Non-IT domains. This role requires working during PST business hours and collaborating closely with US-based account managers, clients, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions, from requirement analysis through candidate onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
- Recruit for a wide range of Non-IT roles including Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Administrative, Skilled Trades, and other professional domains.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates while meeting client SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, employment regulations, and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience supporting clients across engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, industrial, or other Non-IT sectors.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience recruiting for Contract (W2/C2C), Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Manufacturing clients.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H-1B, TN, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and submission quality.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Must be willing to work Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST) supporting PST business hours.
- Complete onsite role at KPHB, Hyderabad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
