About the Role

CaratBee is hiring an experienced Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Executive to own and scale our paid social performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who has independently managed live ad budgets and can show real results.

Strictly on-site in Surat. Remote, hybrid, and freelance applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns — prospecting, retargeting, and retention
• Own daily budget pacing and optimization against ROAS and CPA targets
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, and audiences
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, audience, placement, and offers
• Report daily on spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM
• Support broader digital marketing across Google Ads, email, and organic social

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — non-negotiable
• Proven history of managing live ad budgets independently
• Strong command of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Pixel/CAPI
• Data-driven decision making, not just execution
• Google Ads and GA4 knowledge is a plus
