Job Role: Manager Admissions & Parent Outreach

Location: Ansal Sushant Golf City, Lucknow


The Manager – Admissions & Parent Outreach is responsible for driving student enrolment, strengthening the school's brand presence, and creating exceptional experiences for prospective and existing families. The role involves leading the complete admissions lifecycle, developing strategic outreach initiatives, counselling parents on both CBSE and IB curriculum pathways, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders to support sustainable enrolment growth.


Key Responsibilities

Scope of Work: Strengthening and upgrading the vision, values, and philosophy of the school.


Student Admissions and Administration:

  • To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process in accordance with school policies and standards. This includes the creation of SOPs, Parent Engagement, Students connect, and maintenance of ERPs.
  • Monitor admission funnel metrics including enquiries, applications, conversions, withdrawals, and waitlists.
  • Conduct school tours and classroom walkthroughs to showcase the unique learning environment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure documentation complies with school policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Transport, Administration, and Academic teams for smooth onboarding.


Parent Outreach

  • Build trust-based relationships with prospective and existing parents.
  • Ensure timely resolution of parent queries and concerns.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and excellent customer service.
  • Collect parent feedback and recommend service improvements.
  • Conduct personalised counselling sessions with prospective parents.
  • Clearly communicate the Kunskapsskolan philosophy, personalised learning model, and coaching approach.


Data Management and Report Writing:

  • Maintain all relevant student enrollment data on student’s data management system and files. To analyze and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals. Training and development of the Admissions and Communication team. Analyse competitor schools, fee structures, curriculum offerings, and admission trends.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the education sector.
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen enrolment and brand positioning.


Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to ensure brand visibility and enrollments.
  • Facilitate effective outreach and communication with prospective parents and students via varied media.


Event Management: Plan and organize activities to increase enrollment, brand enhancement, and promotional events.


Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Marketing, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management is desirable.
  • Experience in premium CBSE, IB, Cambridge, or international schools is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving admissions and enrolment targets.


Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in school admissions, business development, parent relations, or educational marketing.
  • Prior experience in CBSE and/or IB schools is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling premium school admissions and parent counselling is an advantage.
