Role Overview

We are hiring a Lecturer / Assistant Professor specializing in Import-Export and International Trade for our MBA – Global Business Management program at our Ahmedabad campus.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, mentoring students, developing academic content, conducting assessments, and integrating real-world industry practices into classroom learning. The role also involves collaborating with faculty members to create an innovative and application-oriented academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures on Import-Export Management and International Trade
• Develop and update course materials aligned with industry trends
• Mentor and guide MBA students academically and professionally
• Design assignments, projects, and assessments
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Encourage practical and experiential learning approaches
• Stay updated with global trade practices, policies, and market developments
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM in International Business, Global Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Import-Export regulations, International Trade concepts, and global business practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in academic technology tools and software
• Prior teaching experience or relevant industry experience in International Trade will be an added advantage
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and academic excellence are also encouraged to apply
