Role Description The International Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, building and managing relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and partners, and driving export sales growth across the company’s product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high service standards. The International Business Development Manager will also contribute to business planning, sales forecasting, and compliance with relevant export regulations.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business, with experience in expanding markets and establishing global partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, including sales forecasting, market analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in International Sales and Account Management, including negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship building.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in agro commodities, food exports, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required and to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
