AGM – Sales (Export Division)

APAC (East & Southeast Asia)

Reporting To: Sales Head / Director

Location: South-east Asia (Extensive International Travel)



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve export order booking targets for boilers & project-based solutions.
  • Develop and expand distributor/agent network across key international markets
  • Generate and manage direct client relationships with EPCs, consultants, and industrial buyers abroad.
  • Lead tendering, bid preparation, techno-commercial offers, and contract negotiations for international clients.
  • Identify and enter new geographies and sectors to expand Isolex’s global footprint.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics & project execution teams for on-time delivery and compliance with export regulations.
  • Track competitor activity in export markets and implement value-driven sales strategies.
  • Represent Isotex in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production or MBA in International Business/Marketing.
  • 12–15 years’ experience in export sales of boilers, capital equipment, or industrial heating solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value international orders.
  • Strong global network with consultants, EPC contractors, agents, and key accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively overseas.
