Job Description
- Primary skills:Technology->Mobile Development Platform->Android,Technology->Mobile development platform->iOS - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BTech/BE/MTech/MCA). - Proven experience of 5-8 years in iOS and Android development. - Strong expertise in both iOS and Android platforms with a deep understanding of their respective development environments.
- Lead and manage the development team in creating robust iOS and Android applications. - Architect, design, and implement high-quality mobile applications that meet user needs and business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team productivity. - Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
- Experience with agile project management and methodologies. - Demonstrated leadership skills in a tech lead role. - Ability to innovate and implement new technologies to improve development processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
