Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic head chef with a minimum of 10 years of professional kitchen experience to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen team
- Plan, design, and update menus as per business requirements
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Monitor food costs, control wastage, and manage inventory
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Coordinate with management for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine preparation
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments
- Good communication and organizational skills
Salary:
₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Type: Full-time
